The Apple iPad is now commencing its 8th year of production and is in its sixth generation. While the company thrives on success due to its flagship iPhones, the iPad is just one notch below the iPhone X; the company’s latest iPhone model. The latest iPad joins the line of its predecessors the Apple iPad Pro 12.9 and the Apple iPad Pro 10.5.

A REVIEW OF THE DEVICE FUNCTIONING
The new Apple iPad has a thick bezel design due to its lifted screen. The screen is designed in this manner for maximum pencil interaction. Apple has primarily focused on the new iPad as an educational device which is one factor behind the cheap pricing so that schools and students can afford it. The pencil can be used to draw, doodle and write on the screen of the iPad. For the education market in the US, Apple has partnered with Logi tech to make the LogiTech Crayon.
The A10 processor enables the iPad to record 1080p HP videos and handle applications simultaneously at a fast speed. According to Apple, the A10 processor gives a 40% better performance than the A9 chip found in the 2017 model of the iPad. The iPad has two variants the 32GB and 128GB in-built storage models.
In the software aspect, the iPad comes with iOS 11 and has 1.3 million apps on the Apple store most of which work with the Apple pencil.
The new Apple iPad 6 32GB model costs 63,699 PKR and the Apple pencil costs 12,499 PKR.
