  1. Reduce the intake of sugar

When you take in a lot of sugary food, the liver becomes pressurized and is unable to convert glucose to energy, hence it converts it in to fat. Also, due to excess intake of carbonated drinks, the body doesn’t ‘regard’ it as calories and get accumulated in the form of fat cells on the body.

  • Take in soluble fiber

Fiber is a substance which works in unique manner to reduce weight. Soluble fiber expels fatty acids present inside the body which contribute towards fat build-up. In addition, it regulates the digestion process which helps in minimizing the appetite.

  • Do aerobic exercise

Moreover, the more you sleep (within healthy limits), the less you are left with time to eat and drink and also, a good sleep gives food enough time to be properly metabolized instead of being converted to fatty acids and harmful materials.

Resistance exercise is a must for reducing fat. It is a form of exercise that improves muscular strength by working against external resistance. It activates the muscles, increases the metabolism and burns calories. It also increases the resting metabolic rate (RMR) which burns more energy and makes body more efficient in reducing fat.
